On July 1, 2016 the Judicial Conference Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure approved publication of proposed amendments to Bankruptcy Rule 3015 and proposed new Rule 3015.1. Publication is open for a comment period from July 1, 2016 through October 3, 2016.
